Nature is my greatest teacher. When I take the time to go into nature, it takes me a while to settle down to the rhythm of my surroundings. Initially, what I hear is the rushing of my own heart and the pounding of my brain. It takes me a while to leave my culture behind me and begin to attune to the “harmonious flow of nature”.
